HELP WANTED - administrative & PERMANENT MAKEUP ASSISTANT

I am in search of the perfect person to be my right hand guy or gal. My ideal candidate is a highly creative, multitalented people person that has an interest in learning permanent makeup. I am seeking the perfect someone to help schedule and confirm appointments, take payment, help manage social media content, respond to messages, nurture client relations and close online, phone and in-person sales. Additionally they will help prep clients for their permanent makeup by taking photos, applying numbing cream and mapping the brows (I will teach you all you need to know!) Experience is great, but character is MUCH MORE important. I am willing to train the right candidate.

JOB DETAILS

Hourly position, range $12 - $15/hr plus sales commision

PT/FT - open to discussion

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule, confirm and manage appointments using Acuity Scheduling POS
• Answer calls
• Create and post social media content
• Take photos and videos for social media content
• Order supplies
• Respond to social media comments and messages
• Actively pursue and close online and phone sales
• Take client before and after photos
• Ensure that clients complete all necessary paperwork
• Apply topical anesthetic prior to procedure
• Map brows/lips prior to procedure
• Take and record payment

MUST-HAVES

• Must be adept at social media, particularly Instagram and Facebook
• Have warm, inviting telephone voice 
• Schedule efficiently and adhere to schedule guidelines
• Excellent verbal communication and grammar skills 
• Trustworthy and responsible 
• Problem-solving skills and multi-tasking abilities
• Reliable transportation
• Act and dress professionally including hair and makeup
• Be informed about our services so you can address questions, comments, or concerns by clients in regards to the service 
• Mature, stable, and calm under pressure 
• Greet clients with a warm welcome. Treat everyone like your BFF!
• Willing to learn our sales process to close phone & in-person sales 
• Experience with Acuity POS software is a plus
